Discovery
Describe your business, where work slows down, and what a better outcome would look like.
Your AI General Manager
Stella understands how work moves through your business, configures the specialists it needs, and keeps the handoffs connected. You see all of it in one place.
Everything about Stella in one place, rather than four pages saying it differently.

The specialist workforce
You do not hire them one by one. Stella decides which ones a piece of work needs, in what order, and when it belongs to a person instead. Choose a role to see what it owns.

All eight are included in every plan. Capacity scales with you, not the headcount.
How it works
Start with the workflows creating the most pressure. Configure the first connected journey, then expand with a clear view of what is working.
Describe your business, where work slows down, and what a better outcome would look like.
Review channels, volume, systems, repetitive tasks, and the points where context or capacity is lost.
Map the relevant specialists to the workflow, with the business reason for each one.
Configure supported integrations, knowledge, approved actions, and the boundaries that keep people in control.
Keep actions and context moving between specialists, and see where more capacity is worth adding.
Where your people take over
Some work follows a rule. Some work needs a person who knows your business. You configure the line between them, and it is visible in the interface rather than buried in a policy document.

Common questions
No. A chatbot answers a message. Stella is the manager layer above the specialists: she reads what is slowing the business down, decides which specialists a piece of work needs, in what order, and where a person has to take over. The conversation is how you brief her, not the product itself.
No. All eight specialists are included in every plan. Stella recommends which ones to activate and configure first, based on your volume, channels, languages, systems and reporting needs. You are not buying them one at a time.
Only what you configure her to decide. Routing, approved answers, booking rules and escalation thresholds are set during scoping. Anything outside those rules becomes a handoff to a named person with the full conversation attached.
No. All eight specialists are included in every plan. Plans are driven by volume, voice, languages, complexity, integrations and reporting rather than by how many roles you switch on.
You can start with one workflow, which usually draws on three or four specialists in sequence. Starting with a single role in isolation tends to move the bottleneck rather than remove it.
There is no per-message price. Capacity is part of the plan, and the operating level is recommended based on your actual volume during scoping.
No. Every figure shown is illustrative sample data for a demonstration clinic. Today and seven-day totals are sample aggregates, and the record list shows selected journeys from the sample day rather than every record.
The structure will be familiar, but the views, metrics and records are scoped to your configuration and plan. Reporting depth differs between Starter, Pro and Enterprise.
